AKMI

AKMI ANONIMI EKPAIDEFTIKI ETAIRIA (AKMI AE) a VET Provider with a strong experience in curricula design methodologies and apprenticeship programs, being the leading VET Institution in Greece with over 15.000 learners. AKMI has also a strong experience as Lead Partner both in KA2 and KA3 Erasmus+ projects and in other co-funded Projects (REC, AMIF) with a strong financial capacity to support the project coordination, ensuring successful and smooth project implementation and quality of deliverables. Currently, AKMI has managed until today approximately 90 EU-funded projects, including coordinating a COVE project on Tourism and a Forward-Looking Project on Digital and Green Skills for Tourism, supporting the Pact for Skills initiative. Based on this experience, ΑΚΜΙ will coordinate WP1, while it will also have an active role in the rest of the WPs of the project.

BK CONSULT GmbH

BK CONSULT GmbH provides a wide range of services, supporting educational providers through the design and delivery of competency-based training curricula, and is an expert in process mapping and process re-engineering with the intention to provide added value at local, regional, national, and transnational levels. BK Consult GmbH masters a wide spectrum of techniques and methodologies in Process Mapping, with a focus in Education, with solutions that are fully adaptable in the modern learning environment creating state-of-the-art learning solutions with smart use of resources. With its extensive experience in Quality Assurance Mechanisms, BK will undertake Activities 1.3 and 1.4 and will Lead WP2 and WP3 with an active participation in the other WPs.

EVBB

EUROPAISCHER VERBAND BERUFLICHER BILDUNGSTRAGER (EVBB) is the European umbrella association of educational providers. Its objective lies in the qualitative improvement of vocational education and training in European countries and an increase in the efforts being carried out in education at a European level. EVBB has a great network within and outside Europe (140 Educational Institutions & 1500 Educational Centers, 32.000 Teachers, >6M Students) and will lead in the Dissemination activities (WP5) of TourEdu4all, reaching out to more VET providers in the EU and third countries. EVBB will secure to expand the outreach of the project through its wide network of members and stakeholders. Furthermore, it will provide its experience and expertise in all project activities.

Associacion Mundus

ASOCIACION MUNDUS – UN MUNDO A TUS PIES specializes in managing international mobility projects for the purpose of learning, teaching, and training for young people and adults. It provides hosting and sending services for students and professionals within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, particularly in the area of vocational education and training (VET). Additionally, Mundus is currently coordinating SAAM (2019 – 2023) one of the largest EU-funded pilot projects to encourage VET mobility between Africa and Europe. SAAM, involving 24 countries (16 African and 8 European countries), 35 partners and more than 500 mobilities.

Kambaku Hospitality College

Kambaku Hospitality College Close Corporation is an accredited training provider in the seclusion of a Namibian Wildlife Reserve. KHC develops and offers apprenticeship programs, short-programmes and theory programs for hospitality and tourism through a combination of e-learning with simultaneous non simulated practical training and real-life situations in hospitality establishments. Through its unique online system, KHC provides access to education and skilled employees for people and companies working and operating in remote areas without close access to highly qualified vocational training centers and skilled practical trainers. Further, the online system allows people who are not able to attend courses at fixed course hours – due to their (self-)employment or private situation – to attend courses that are entirely flexible in processing time and learning time and date. KHC will provide its expertise on the pillar of digital learning to the Holistic Model, as digital pathways are not only corresponding to the labor market skills needs but also represent a societal imperative towards inclusion and access to SSA Tourism VET

Prosperity Hotel School

Prosperity Hotel School offering full-time career training on National Vocational Certificate and Career Short courses on mobile training or on-site training. Over the years it became a youth community Hospitality Vocational training hub, Customer service lifestyle, Dining Experience, youth socialization, and Entertainments by preparing the youths with the required skills and knowledge in customer service delivery and job opportunities through prosperity service initiatives. Prosperity Hotel School has created opportunities for many underprivileged Namibians who wanted to start a career in hospitality service and management. Prosperity Hotel School equips trainees with the necessary skills to be able to run the day-to-day services operations of the local hotels, casinos, bars, lodges, and restaurants. Also, the School trains and motivates disadvantaged Namibians to know more about customer service at a basic and professional level.

Gambia Tourism & Hospitality

GAMBIA TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY INSTITUTE that established with support from the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and the World Bank in 1981 to offer training for new entrants to the hospitality industry. With more than 40 years of experience, GTHI aims to be a center of excellence to meet the needs of the tourism and hospitality stakeholders in human resources through the delivery of sustainable quality programs with an international perspective through research and innovation. GTHI has developed a hybrid learning model to address the increase in demand for training, especially from remote areas. It has launched an E-learning platform to effectively manage resources and improve the quality of teaching and learning through communication and easy access to the learning content. GTHI will contribute to the digital dimension of the inclusive model.

Coast Institute of Technology

COAST INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY – VET providers Kenya, is a public registered institution established in 1981 and currently offering over 30 courses across eight Academic Departments, including business, Hospitality, Tourism, Applied Science. As a Centre of Excellence in Hospitality and Tourism in Kenya, CIT has developed an open policy to encourage all initiatives that would support the sector through innovations and linkages with other partners in the field. They hope to create greater impacts that would transform the livelihoods of the Kenyan people thereby reducing high levels of poverty and unemployment rates.

TVETA Kenya

Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority – Kenya is committed to efficient and effective delivery on its mandate of regulating and coordinating TVET training to assure its quality and relevance. TVETA will approve the process of the new training and curricula that our project will produce and make sure that it will disseminate it to other VET providers in Kenya and the region

Kibondeni College

NURISHA TRUST KIBONDENI COLLEGE provides a life-changing opportunity for young vulnerable women many of whom live in Nairobi’s informal settlements aiming to improve their living standards of living of young women by providing them with the requisite technical skills to enable them to be self-reliant. Having trained more than 6,000 beneficiaries over the past 50 years, Kibondeni College offers a holistic training experience entailing whole-person development through one-on-one mentoring, cutting-edge hospitality knowledge with hands-on learning, and internship opportunities at renowned hospitality establishments with a 72% rate in industry absorption. In addition, it demonstrates a sustainable operational model by running a Catering Production Unit serving more than 600 lunches daily and numerous outdoor functions, offering tailor-made Corporate Training Courses, and offering conference facilities. It will contribute both to the empowerment and inclusion and entrepreneurship of the holistic model of the project.
