One of the key features of the project, it seeks to cultivate VET competences of digital transformation, and enhance entrepreneurship skills through alignment with the needs of the Tourism industry by forwarding the capacities of the partnering VET institutions and the staff, considering the skills development of the beneficiaries and their equitable access to Tourism VET
Promoting and employing digital technologies
In an era dominated by digital technologies, the cultivation of advanced digital skills among VET professionals is paramount. Our strategy places a formidable emphasis on the dissemination of digital literacy and proficiency, ensuring that learners are adeptly prepared to navigate the intricate terrain of the digital landscape.
Promote SSA Tourism VET skills matching with current and future job opportunities
Building on the expertise in the field of Tourism, TourEdu4All will develop and implement training material to Tourism VET teachers/trainers, with the overall objective of strengthening the SSA Tourism VET towards the development of the SSA Tourism industry.
Specific Objectives
- To increase the employability of youth in the SSA region, including disadvantaged groups and women
- To create pathways for equitable access to SSA Tourism VET
- To foster international and intra-national networked cooperation of Tourism VET institutions on the basis of exchanging Good Practices, knowledge and technical resources
- To render the SSA Tourism VET ecosystem relevant to the requirements of the Tourism industry
- To actively support the SSA Tourism VET ecosystem by facilitating financial support and exchanging-income generating strategies across Tourism VET institutions
