The TourEdu4All project aims to strengthen education and vocational training (VET) in the tourism sector in Sub-Saharan Africa. It addresses socio-economic barriers affecting disadvantaged groups, especially women and ethnic minorities. The project seeks to generate equitable opportunities in the tourism job market by creating collaborative networks and capacity-building initiatives. Skills Without Barriers is part of the Tourism Skills for All online series, bringing together VET providers, tourism stakeholders and members of the Large-Scale Partnership for the Tourism Ecosystem under the Pact for Skills. The webinar, with Emiliano Deferrari as speaker, will explore how tourism education and training can become more inclusive and accessible, supporting new talent, lifelong learning and inclusive workplaces. Through the TourEdu4All perspective, participants will exchange practices and ideas on removing barriers to training and employment while strengthening empowerment, inclusion and excellence in the tourism sector. The participation of experts & professionals will ensure a strong and insightful debate aligned with TourEdu4All’s vision, promoting a more inclusive and sustainable tourism industry for the future.
